Signer Mismatch - Error on Staking ***(issue - fixed)***

Folks,

Am trying to stake using OKX, on step 3, the process terminates with an error “Signer Mismatch” .
Any ideas on what could be going amiss?

all sorted now.
cleared cache, reconnected wallets. and staked fine!
